Board of Commissioners Meetings are held on the 3rd Wednesday of the month at the Main office and are open to the public. Please wear a mask. The remaining board meetings for the year are:

October 21, 4:00pm to 5:00pm (Held at City Chambers, MtW Public Hearing)
November 18, 4:00pm to 5:00pm
December 16, 4:00pm to 5:00pm
Resident & Property Updates
JR Polly Lineweaver and Lineweaver Annex buildings are closed to visitors. Only family and health care personnel may enter. All entrances except for the front entrance will be locked. Family and health care personnel must sign in. Entrance will be open 9:00am to 4:30pm.
Work orders are being completed on a case by case basis and with safety precautions in place.
Rent statements will be mailed, NOT picked up in office.
We have launched a new online portal – Assistance Connect – for Landlords. Check out our web page on signing up to receive your PIN.
We do not anticipate delays in rent payments, but economic changes impacting our households may happen rapidly. If COVID-19-related rent changes due to job loss cannot be finalized by the first of the month, retroactive adjustments will be made.
