All interim and re-certifications will be conducted through an online form or over the phone until further notice.

HRHA General Updates

The main office is open Monday through Frieday, 9:00am to 4:30pm for board meetings, returning or picking up documents, and select meetings. Please call with any questions, 540 – 434 – 7386.

The Reservoir St Office is open Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 4:30pm for select meetings. Please contact for scheduling, 540 – 437 – 9545

Board of Commissioners Meetings are held on the 3rd Wednesday of the month. Location and access information will be posted on our facebook and website prior to the meetings.

Resident & Property Updates

JR Polly Lineweaver and Lineweaver Annex buildings are closed to visitors. Only family and health care personnel may enter. All entrances except for the front entrance will be locked. Family and health care personnel must sign in. Entrance will be open 9:00am to 4:30pm.

Work orders are being completed on a case by case basis and with safety precautions in place.

Rent statements will be mailed, NOT picked up in office.

Voucher Landlord

We have launched a new online portal – Assistance Connect – for Landlords. Check out our web page on signing up to receive your PIN.

We do not anticipate delays in rent payments, but economic changes impacting our households may happen rapidly.  If COVID-19-related rent changes due to job loss cannot be finalized by the first of the month, retroactive adjustments will be made.
