The constraints of the Coronavirus have pushed us to innovate in how we serve clients and how clients and community members connect with us. We have prioritized accessibility and limiting how often clients need to come to the office by establishing new online portals to serve applicants and tenants.
HRHA residents and tenants: Please create an account and contact us for your unique PIN. This online portal will allow you to:
- Message your caseworker
- Edit family and income information
- Access important documents
- Search available units/rentals
Later this year you will be able to request to move, review inspections, and more. Future updates will allow for the annual and interim certifications to be done through this portal.
