Now Available – New Assistance Connect Portal:

With our software provider, HRHA is expanding its portal access.  We are confident that this enhancement will better serve your needs.

The new, more robust portal is called Assistance Connect.

Some online services currently offered include:

  • View HAP payments
  • View and print required documents
  • Submit contact information changes

To use Assistance Connect, you must first create an account online at www.assistancecheck.com. You will need a PIN, which HRHA can provide (call during business hours or message us). Simply click on “Create an owner account” using the PIN.  If you have any questions, please contact our office.
