Housing has always been there for me, as an adult and also as a child. We had 5 kids in the family, with my brothers and sisters and me. HRHA helps families that struggle.

I heard about [Commerce] from one of the ladies who used to work at the Salvation Army Thrift Store. I came up here, and the VA helped me considerably. I’m very content here…..It’s perfect for an older veteran or a homeless person.

I have finally found the best job I could have ever thought of and am now moving forward in life. I’m supporting my family better because of the consistency and supportive attitudes of FSS.
