HRHA Celebrates Another Winner in the What Home Means to Me Contest

For the second consecutive year, the Harrisonburg Redevelopment and Housing Authority (HRHA) is proud to celebrate another winner in the What Home Means to Me contest, hosted by the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (NAHRO). Congratulations to Kaitlyn G. for earning 2nd Place in the Elementary School Category, an outstanding achievement that highlights the creativity, talent, and unique perspective of one of our local youth.
