Annual Re-Certifications
Each year, voucher households must complete an annual re-certifcation of income and eligibility. Households sign release forms, go over the program requirements, and complete a questionnaire about who lives in the unit; all sources of income; assets; and related household expenses. Families provide documentation of their answers.
This is typically done during an appointment interview. Under current social distancing guidelines, the questionnaire and related forms are being mailed to households to complete and return.
